When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted when we ship it.

We may cancel or limit an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Payment is taken when you place your order.

We work to show our products accurately, but colours, packaging and photos may differ slightly from what you receive.

Our products contain or may contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat and other allergens. Always read the ingredient list and allergen statement on the package before eating.

Shipping costs, delivery times and our chocolate warm-weather policy are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Our Returns & Refunds page explains when and how you can return an order.

You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and may expire. We may end a promotion at any time.

Chip Nuts® and the Picard's name and logo are trademarks of Picard Peanuts Ltd. Text, photos and designs on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
